My background is in operations, growth, customer experience, and startup infrastructure — particularly in fintech and technology businesses operating across multiple markets.

I currently lead the Startups and SMB Business at Paystack, where I work across growth, customer experience, developer ecosystem initiatives, and operational scale. My work spans Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire.

Over the years, I’ve helped build systems and teams that support thousands of businesses across onboarding, payments, support operations, developer platforms, and merchant growth.

I also co-founded HoaQ, a community connecting founders, operators, and investors building across Africa and the diaspora.
